In between each session there will be homework practices – on your own and with a partner. All sessions are recorded for your own use only.<\/div>\n<\/div>\nTogether we will expose our fear based, defensive thinking and illuminate the innocence behind our judgements. We will be exploring how the universe supports us with its constant stream of feedback.<\/div>\n<\/div>\nThrough guided meditations, written exercises and collaborative learning, we will gain the tools to embrace life’s challenges with clarity and compassion, leading to a more authentic and joyful existence.<\/div>\n
